Quality Discrepancy Claims: Should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.

Quantity Discrepancy Claims: Should be lodged by the Buyer within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.

In all cases, claims must be accompanied by Survey Reports of Recognized Public Surveyors agreed to by the seller.

Should the responsibility of the subject under claim be found to rest on the part of the seller, the seller shall, within 20 days after receipt of the claim, send their reply to the Buyer together with suggestion of settlement.

Yes, we can. We accept OEM and ODM orders. Please send your design with the details to us directly.

Q How do you handle sample requests and sample fees?

We can provide samples for you to check the quality before placing orders. The sample fee depends on the design and quantity you want. We can refund the sample fee once we receive your bulk order.

Q Who bears the express freight for samples?

1) If you have an office in China, we can bear the freight.
2) If not, we need your express freight account number, or you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.

Q What payment terms do you accept?

Normally, we accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and PayPal. For other payment methods, please check with us.

Q What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

If the style you choose is a new developing design, our MOQ is 1200 pairs/style (available in 2 or 3 colors).
If the style already has ongoing production, the MOQ can be 1000 pairs/style.
For trial orders less than 600 pairs, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Q What is the estimated delivery and production time?

1) For new production orders, it takes about 45-60 days to proceed with production.
2) For ready-to-ship shoes, it takes about 5-7 days.
