What's your samples lead time? How can you charge the sample fee?
If the sample quantity is not too large, our sample lead time will be 5-7 working days. Common samples are provided free of charge. However, if you require special samples that need expensive materials purchased by our factory, we will ask for a sample fee. Customers are expected to pay the express shipping fee for all samples.
How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
1) We can provide samples for you to choose from, and we will manufacture according to that confirmed quality.
2) You can send us your samples, and we will make the products according to your sample quality.
