First we prepare the material with high quality to cutting.

Then through vamp scissors & cementing including vamp folding & cementing, trimming for vamp backstrap lining, Gore cementing to warping, heel covering and assembling.

We started with stitching including vamp stitching, backstrap & ornament stitching, vamp bining to get cementing, heating & drying.

Now we gotta insole cementing, drying, cluing insole covering to make sole laying and sole press.

We prepared for fixing & packaging which contain lasting, heating, cooling, pull out last, fixing, cleaning, loose thread and tying.

At the final step we put cardboard & tissue and adjust to spring & feather line & etc. Only after checked carefully can we make the shoes packing. We only delivery the best shoes to our customer which is the core idea of our company. We service with heart for you in every procedure.

Once we get the inquiry from you, we will reply you within 12hours. Mostly we will reply you at once!

Make sample as your requested and send to you within two weeks. Can make the drawing as your mind and send to you for checking before making the samples.

We will check our goods for you one by one before we ship them out. (If need, we will take the photos for you check)

Once the goods are shipped out, we will send the documents to you in one week.

We will take the responsibility to our shoes after shipout always.

Sample make takes about 1 to 2 weeks based on the design with your brand. If you have any questions and need modifications, just contact us so we can improve to reach your mind until you are satisfied.

For new customers, sample costs should be charged twice the unit price, but we will return it to you when you place orders. For regular customers, we make samples for free except sale samples in big quantity.

If you are satisfied with our samples and quality, and place orders with us, we will send the PI to you for confirmation soon and send the confirmation samples to you for approval in one week. After getting your final confirmation, we start the mass production.

We manufacture as your request and order quantity in a normalization standard. We make every procedure be accurately.

We check the quality of every shoe carefully before packaging.

After we check all shoes, we pack and deliver to the port with real-time monitoring to ensure the goods reach the port intact on time.
