• 1. First we prepare the material with high quality to cutting.
• 2. Then through vamp scissors & cementing including vamp folding & cementing, trimming for vamp backstrap lining, Gore cementing to warping, heel covering and assembling.
• 3. We started with stitching including vamp stitching, backstrap & ornament stitching, vamp bining to get cementing, heating & drying.
• 4. Now we get insole cementing, drying, gluing insole covering to make sole laying and sole press.
• 5. We prepared for fixing & packaging which contain lasting, heating, cooling, pull out last, fixing, cleaning, loose thread and tying.
• 6. At the final step we put cardboard & tissue and adjust to spring & feather line etc. Only after checked carefully can we make the shoes packing. We only deliver the best shoes to our customer. We service with heart for you in every procedure.

• (1) Once we get the inquiry from you, we will reply you within 12 hours. Mostly we will reply you at once!
• (2) Make sample as your requested and send to you within two weeks. Can make the drawing as your mind and send to you for checking before making the samples.
• (3) We will check our goods for you one by one before we ship them out. (if need, we will take the photos for your check)
• (4) Once the goods are shipped out, we will send the documents to you in one week.
• (5) We will take the responsibility to our shoes after shipout always.

• 1. If you are interested about our shoes and require for the samples, pls contact with us and send your details, we will get back to you soonest.
• 2. Sample make takes about 1 to 2 weeks based on the design with your brand. If you have any question and need some modified about shoes, just contact us so we can improve to reach your mind until you are satisfied.
• 3. For the new customers, sample costs should be charge in two times based on the unit price, but we will return to you when you have orders. For our regular customers, we make samples for free except sale samples in big quantity.
• 4. If you are satisfied with our samples and quality, and you have orders for us, we will send the PI to you to confirm soon and send the confirmation samples to you for approval in one week. After got your final confirmation, then we start for the mass production.
• 5. We manufacture as your request and order quantity in a normalization standard. We make every procedure be accurately.
• 6. We check the quality of every shoes carefully before we package.
• 7. After we checked all shoes then pack and delivery to the port with real-time monitoring to ensure the goods reach to the port intact on time.
