Procedure and Technology to the Shoes:

First we prepare the material with high quality to cutting.

Then through vamp scissors & cementing including vamp folding & cementing, trimming for vamp backstrap lining, Gore cementing to warping, heel covering and assembling.

We started with stitching including vamp stitching, backstrap & ornament stitching, vamp binding to get cementing, heating & drying.

Now we get to insole cementing, drying, gluing insole covering to make sole laying and sole press.

We prepared for fixing & packaging which contain lasting, heating, cooling, pull out last, fixing, cleaning, loose thread and tying.
