Customer Valuation Policy

In case of quality discrepancies, claim documentation must be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days following the arrival of cargo at the destination port. For quantity differences, claims should be submitted within 15 days of arrival. All claim filings must contain official survey reports compiled by recognized inspection agencies. When manufacturing liability is verified, detailed resolutions and settlement offers will be provided within 20 days.
